On November 1, 2017, ADCS, in collaboration with the Redwood Community Action Agency, opened Waterfront Recovery Services. WRS is a 56 bed medically managed detoxification program located at 2413 2nd Street, Eureka, California.

Detoxification is the first stage of the recovery process and this facility provides care 24-hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year.
Waterfront Recovery Services (WRS) facility includes 20 beds allocated for medically managed detoxification services, and 36 beds allocated for longer term residential treatment.
